How can I view the status of Tasks of a particular user?

Filter by Task owner option in Manage tasks allows LeadSquared Admin / Marketing user to to view the tasks details of a particular user.

Please follow the below procedure to view tasks details of particular user.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Leads > Manage Tasks

2. On opening Manage Tasks you’ll see all tasks created on your account.

3. Click on Filter by Owner drop down list and select a desired user name to view tasks details of a particular user.

Other Actions

After selecting required user, you can view the tasks and its status. Also, its possible to do additional actions against a task as described below.

1. Edit: To edit any task details hover the mouse on actions button against a task click on Edit.

2. Mark Open: To open any tasks, hover the mouse over actions button click on Mark Open.

3. Mark Complete: To mark a task as completed, hover the mouse over actions button and click on Mark Complete.

4. Delete: To delete any task hover the mouse on actions button  Click on Delete.
