Your LeadSquared account has Email credits which is based on your plan. You can purchase further Email credits to add to your account.
The billing mode of your LeadSquared account should be Automated billing in USD. See whether you are a billing user by checking whether Billing is available under My Account. See the below for reference:
If you are a billing user, you can purchase Email credits from the Billing section of LeadSquared.
To do this:
- From the LeadSquared dashboard, go to My Account -> Billing -> Current Usage and click Add Email Credits. The Add Email Credits pop-up box appears.
- Enter the number of Email credits required in the Emails field. The rate per email is shown below the drop-down field.
- Click Purchase. The amount is deducted from your linked credit card and the email credits are added to your account.
If you are a non-billing user, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase Email credits.
