You can create an Email campaign by copying from an already executed campaign. You may use this feature, when you have to send similar Email campaigns with slight modifications to the existing campaign content. You may also use this feature when you want to replicate a very successful Email campaign.
- You should be logged into your LeadSquared system.
- You should choose Copy from Sent Emails in the Step 01 – Select Message Template while creating an Email Campaign.
- Select Copy from Sent Email. The list of previously sent Email Campaigns appear.
- Click the required Email Campaign under Campaign Name and click Next. You are redirected to the Step 02–Compose Message step.
Here you can view the content present in the template. Enter a suitable Subject for the email. The subject line appears in the recipient’s inbox. You can personalize the subject by adding Email personalisation Mail-Merge fields.
Based on your requirement, you can personalize and change the content as required and reuse the old content.
