How can I avoid sending emails to recipients who marked my previous email as spam?

LeadSquared allows you to avoid sending emails to recipients who marked the emails that you sent as Spam. LeadSquared automatically creates a Do Not Email list containing all leads who marked your emails as Spam.

Prerequisites

  • You have logged into LeadSquared.
  • You have created and sent Email Campaigns.

Procedure

1. You can view a list of leads (recipients) who marked the emails that you sent as Spam by navigating to Dashboard > My Account > Settings > Do Not Email List. When a lead marks your emails as Spam, the Do Not Email is set automatically set.

2. You can also view the information by navigating to the particular leads’s Lead Detail page. If you want to send any further email to this lead, then you will have to manually edit the lead detail.
