How to add Custom Sources as options in Lead Source Field?

Lead Source defines the origination of Lead when it visited your website for the first time.

This source is associated with the Lead when it is captured in the system.

By default, LeadSquared is configured with following Lead sources:

  • Organic Search
  • Referral Sites
  • Direct Traffic
  • Social Media
  • Inbound Email
  • Inbound Phone call
  • Outbound Phone call
  • Pay per click Ads

We believe that these are most important Lead Sources and will be relevant to most businesses.

You  can however add your own Custom Lead Sources.

Navigate to Dashboard > My Account > Settings. Click on Customization and then Lead Sources.

Click Add button to see a new text box appear at the bottom of the list of options where you can add the Custom Source option as needed.

Please use the scroll bar to see the new text box to add Custom Source option.

Click Save to make the changes effective.
