How to make outbound calls to leads from LeadSquared?

You can now make outbound calls to your leads from LeadSquared if your LeadSquared account is integrated with one of the supported telephony or call center products. 

Make Outbound Calls to your Leads

You can make calls either from the Lead Activity Stream page, or Manage Leads page, or even the Lead Details page.

Lead Activity Stream

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Leads > Lead Activity Stream. You will see a list of calls, missed and incoming, present in the page. Click on Call, below the required phone number or lead, to make an outbound call.

2. A confirmation pop up opens up. Click OK to place the call.

3. You will see a notification that a call is placed between you and the chosen number.

Manage Leads

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Leads > Manage Leads. Hover on the Actions button, of the required Lead. Click on Call.

Lead Details

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Leads > Manage Leads. Click on the required lead to go the Lead Details page.

2. In the Lead Details page, click on the phone number to make an outbound call.

4. You will see a notification that a call is placed between you and the chosen number.
