Mandatory IPs to Whitelist

1. Feature Overview

IP whitelisting is a security enhancement feature that enables you to regulate and limit LeadSquared access only to trusted users. By whitelisting IP addresses, you’ll be creating a list of trusted and secure IP addresses from which your users will be able to access your LeadSquared account and LeadSquared APIs. To know more, you can refer to Restrict User Access to LeadSquared Using IP Whitelisting.

2. IP Whitelist for LeadSquared APIs

If you have enabled IP restrictions for APIs on your account, you might face an issue when you try to use some of your apps and connectors. To prevent this from happening, you must add the following IP addresses to your whitelist. These are the IP addresses of the servers on which our apps and connectors are hosted –

  • 13.58.241.213
  • 13.58.85.228
  • 54.247.175.231
  • 54.75.227.209
  • 13.250.244.76
  • 52.76.12.168
  • 52.76.2.151
  • 52.66.49.250
  • 52.66.85.71
  • 34.248.218.80
  • 52.16.26.19
  • 13.234.155.250
  • 13.126.22.232

To add these IP addresses –

  1. From the main menu, navigate to My Profile>Settings>Users and Permissions>Restriction using IP Whitelisting.
  2. On the bottom-right of your screen, click the Add IP Addresses button.
  3. On the Add new IP to whitelist pop-up, add the above-mentioned IP addresses. This will ensure that you’ll be able to access all the apps and connectors without any issues.
