Universal Data Sync (UDS) Update – November ’25

You can now use TCP Triggers and TCP Actions in Universal Data Sync (UDS) to enable direct communication with external systems over TCP. This enhancement allows UDS flows to listen for incoming TCP messages and trigger workflows, or send data to external systems using TCP actions.

With this capability, teams can integrate LeadSquared with systems that rely on TCP-based communication protocols, enabling real-time data exchange without needing HTTP-based integrations.

Key capabilities:

  • Trigger UDS workflows using incoming TCP messages
  • Send outbound TCP messages to external systems
  • Enable integrations with legacy systems or services that rely on TCP communication
  • Extend UDS beyond standard webhook and API-based integrations

UDS workflows typically start with a trigger that initiates the flow, followed by actions that execute tasks such as API calls or data processing. The addition of TCP triggers and actions expands these integration options, allowing more flexible connectivity with external platforms.
