User roles define what actions a user can perform and what data they can access in the system. By assigning roles, administrators can control access to features like leads, tickets, reports, and settings.

Administrators have complete access to:

1. All features and configurations
2. User management and permissions
3. Reports, dashboards, and data
4. They can also create roles and assign permissions to other users.

Yes. You can control data visibility by:

1. Assigning roles (e.g., Sales Users see only their leads)
2. Configuring field-level permissions (view, edit, hidden, mandatory)

Yes. Navigate to Lead Management>Leads and select Add New Lead or Quick Add Lead, enter the required details, and save. The lead will be created instantly and assigned based on your configuration.

1. Quick Add Lead: Captures minimal essential information for fast entry

2. Add New Lead: Allows detailed data entry with full lead information

Deleting a list does not delete the leads themselves from the system. Only the list grouping is removed.
