Distribution Engine is a rules-based way to automatically assign Leads, Opportunities, and Tasks to the right users, without building and maintaining complex automation workflows.

Distribution Engine replaces that with a dedicated, easy-to-manage setup that distributes Leads, Opportunities, and Tasks fairly, respects who’s available, and tracks everything in one place.
