We’re excited to announce the new Day Plan feature! We’ve also made improvements to optimize the app’s battery consumption and support ‘To-Do’ tasks.
The day plan feature is designed to helps sales users accomplish their current day’s tasks. The intuitive interface shows a user’s upcoming tasks, distance based on location, and also the actual travel route on the map.
Note: Users must Check-In to use the day plan feature.
Users will be driven to start, end and complete tasks along their route while the app helps them navigate from one task to the next, displaying distance & time variables during their day’s course.
All tasks shown are indicated as per their working status, so users are aware of which task is Ongoing, Completed, Overdue, Conflicting, Infeasible or even has an error in location.
In addition to viewing and completing tasks, users can call leads, update task details or cancel tasks directly from the day plan interface.
Optimized Battery Usage
We’ve introduced new Battery Usage Settings for users to configure how much battery the app should use for location accuracy. You can set usage between ‘Best, Medium & Low’ which will correspondingly affect the location accuracy, detected by the app.
Support for To-Dos
You can now create ‘To-Do’ type tasks right from the app. For more information on To-Do tasks, see Managing Task Types.
