We’ve updated the Android app to v8.2 and also released the new version (2.0) of the LeadSquared Call & SMS Tracker app (Download it here).
Here are the updates –
- We’ve added an extra layer of encryption to both these apps, so mobile app logs will now be encrypted and developer friendly only.
- Users who use the Call and SMS tracking features and have installed the Call and SMS Tracker app, will now be prompted to install the latest version.
Note: Call & SMS Activities will be tracked seamlessly only if both apps are on the latest versions (Playstore App 8.2 & Call & SMS Tracker App 2.0).
- Issues with the ‘Auto-sync’ of call & SMS activities have now been fixed
- We added a new WhatsApp Lead option on the Lead Details screen that appears when you tap on a lead’s mobile number.
