Mail Merge Support for Call Session ID in NextGen Forms
Accurately link form submissions to specific calls for better QA, compliance, and tracking, while improving visibility and data consistency across call-to-form workflows.
What’s New?
NextGen Forms now automatically capture the Call Session ID when launched through telephony integrations. The ID is mail merged into an integer field, ensuring each submission is directly tied to the originating call.
Import Default Object Types
Seamlessly bring data into both default and custom object types, ensuring greater flexibility and consistency across your CRM.
What’s New?
The Object Types Import feature has been enhanced to import objects directly into default object types. Previously, imports were limited to custom object types.
The Bulk Export & Delete
This feature has been enhanced to give you more control and flexibility.
What’s New?
You can now select an opportunity type to ensure that only activities tied to that specific opportunity type are exported or deleted. Additionally, recurring requests can be scheduled to save time and reduce manual effort. We’ve also refined the wording across the feature for improved clarity and usability.
