We’ve made a few enhancements to automation and tasks –
- Marketing Users and Sales Managers can now update tasks of other users from the Manage Tasks page (they already had access to all leads).
- Now trigger Automation on ‘Email Plugin Activities’. These options are available under the ‘New Activity on Lead’ trigger.
