We’ve made 2 new additions to automation –
- Exit Conditions
- Ability to create To-Do tasks
Now set up exit conditions to remove leads from your automation.
For example, if you’re setting up an automation to send nurturing emails to leads, set up an exit condition to stop sending emails to leads that have been converted to customers (Lead Stage = Customer).

Create To-Do Tasks
You can now create To-Do task types in your automation in addition to Appointments. For more details, see Lead Automation Actions – Sales Execution.
