Opportunity Filter Customization
Admins can now customize filters and define exactly which fields should be shown in the opportunity list filter for each opportunity type from the Mobile App Additional Settings. Admins can add upto four custom fields alongside six default ones (Owner, Status, Stage, Product, Date Range, Lead Stage). Only the configured fields will be visible in the filter view and the filters will remain applied until you logout of the app for consistency.
Filters will also reflect in the Opportunity tab within the Lead Details page based on the selected opportunity type. If no opportunity type is selected, the default filter options will be applied. Lead Stage is hidden in this view even if configured as it is not relevant here. Product will only appear if it’s part of the admin’s selected fields.
Enhancements
Object Type Support in Lead Smart Views and Lead Details: In Lead Smart Views, users see relevant lead data, customized lead cards, and dynamic forms based on the selected Object Type. Additionally, dynamic forms configured in work areas like Lead Details and Lead List pages will now appear on the mobile app.
Enhanced Task Filtering with Multi-Select Support: Select and filter upto five task types at once in the Task List, Lead Details, and Opportunity Details tabs. This improvement makes it easier to view and manage a wider range of tasks in a single view, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Date & Date-Time Filters Now Available in Activity Smart Views: Now access Date and Date-Time filters directly within the Activity Smart View tabs, making it easier to filter and view relevant records based on time. When admins enable the Enable filter options for Mobile Users setting, all selected Date and Date-Time fields will be available under the ‘Date Range’ category on mobile.
Smoother Task Completion in Loan Origination System Custom Tab: You will now see an automatic refresh of the custom view after submitting a form in the LOS (Loan Origination System) tab, so updates like completed tasks or added activities appear instantly—no need to navigate away and return. After submitting the final ‘Customer onboarding’ form, you will be redirected to the Opportunity Details screen, making it easier to view updated opportunity status and avoid duplicate submissions. Additionally, task forms can now be opened directly through deep links, offering a faster and more seamless experience.
Faster Location Access for a Smoother Field Experience: Location-based features now load faster—even when tracking is off. The system will proactively fetch location data at key moments—such as when opening the app, accessing the menu, opening any form, viewing the Task List, or checking Activity History in Leads or Opportunities.
Faster Syncing of Call and SMS Data: Experience quicker syncing of call and SMS activity. In addition to syncing on app launch, the system will now also sync pending call and SMS data when you open key sections like the Lead List, Lead Details, Opportunity List, Opportunity Details, the main menu, or any form.
Easier Task Location Entry with ‘Same as Lead Address’ Option: Quickly set the task location in Dynamic Forms by selecting the new ‘Same as Lead Address’ checkbox below the location field. If the lead address is unavailable or masked, the checkbox will be disabled, and tapping the info icon will show you a message explaining why.
Improved Edit Plan Button Behavior on Journeys: The ‘Update Plan’ button stays disabled until changes are made—helping avoid accidental submissions. In Rejected Plan cases, the button now correctly shows ‘Resubmit Plan’ for better clarity.
Improved Search Experience in Journeys: Search results in Journeys now appear only after you tap ‘Search’—giving you more control and a cleaner interface without preloaded lists.
