- Now you can configure and customize SMS for OTP verifications on your portals.

- You can now set the default form state for Signup Forms, as either Registration Form (sign-up) or Login Form, depending on how the portal is being used. To know more, refer to LeadSquared Portal Designer – Create Sign Up Forms.
Call Tracking Metrics Connector
We’ve released a new version (v2) of the CTM Connector. In addition to the existing features, this version allows you to –
- Manage users in your CTM account directly from LeadSquared.
- The new Call Agent First feature ensures reduced lead leakage by routing outbound calls to the agent (LeadSquared users) first.
