Introducing GenAI Capabilities in Emails

You can now leverage GenAI capabilities to enhance your emails. With LeadSquared’s GenAI feature, you can generate email content and subject lines directly from the Email Campaigns and Email Library sections. This feature simplifies email creation with a guided four-step process. Additionally, an AI Email Wizard has been introduced in the email editor to assist you while composing emails, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Save Dynamic Forms as Drafts

Users can now save their progress while filling out Dynamic Forms with the new Save as Drafts feature. This allows users to pause and return later to complete and submit the form.

Update Custom Parameters for Phone Call Activities

The Phone Call Activity Update API (V2) now supports updating custom parameters (mx_Custom_10 to mx_Custom_14) for outbound and inbound phone call activities. This enhancement aligns with existing features for updating call recordings, duration, and owner details.

 

Support for 91xxxxxxxxxx Format in Agent Popup API

The Agent Popup API now supports agent phone numbers in the CCxxxxxxxx format (for example, 919611129384) alongside the existing formats: +CC-xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx.

 

Enhancement in Core Platform

We have removed the Converse widget, which previously hid the ‘Pay Now’ button on the Manage Subscription page. Now, you can seamlessly subscribe to new modules and features directly from the Manage Subscription page.

Core Platform

  • Fixed an issue with Opportunity Import where the system processed every empty row in the import CSV, leading to increased processing overhead.
  • Fixed an issue where tasks were being created on the incorrect opportunity instead of the intended one.
  • Fixed an issue where the ‘Created On’ date was incorrectly updated for account activities.
  • Fixed an issue where random records in the CSV were not processed during User Import when importing more than 200 users.
  • Fixed an issue with the Quick Search where lead records that exactly matched the search keyword and lead name were not always appearing in the first position when duplicate first and last names existed in an account.
  • Fixed an issue with the Calendar where pre- and post-data were the same, preventing the connector from updating the calendar.
  • Fixed an issue with the Bulk UpdateActivity API where automation was being notified individually for each field update, causing multiple automation triggers.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate records were created even when the ‘Ignore Duplicates’ option was selected during import.
  • Fixed an issue related to search key changes when no search key was present, and email was not unique.
  • Fixed an issue where the Entity Audit date-time and time zone differences caused incorrect event details to be displayed.
  • Fixed an issue where the query string was getting encoded in the phone call URL, resulting in failures to play or download call recordings.

  • Fixed an issue related to Email Campaign Tab default.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Hide” functionality not working and the “Unhide” option was always showing.
  • Fixed an issue where the user was not able to delete Email Template if Access was “Admin Only”.

    was not working in NextGen.
  • [Platform] – Resolved crash on the Manage Forms page when creating a tenant with the
    Sales Pro plan.

    CFS fields had the same schema name.

    not displayed in Marvin when the process was defined based on the role.

    Empty Field in Preview” property was enabled in the right panel.

    in the default activity form when editing the activity after clearing the storage cache.

Telephony

  • Fixed a permissions-related error in the RetrieveLeadsByPhoneNumber API for
    non-owners of leads under Account-Based Access by adding a null check for the
    RelatedCompanyOwnerId field. This resolves the edge-case issue and ensures
    smooth functionality.
