Set SIERA Dashboard as Your Mobile App Landing Page
You can now access the full SIERA dashboard directly from the homepage by setting it as the mobile app’s landing page. This eliminates the need to navigate through widgets to view the complete dashboard. If a SIERA dashboard or report is linked through the ‘Custom Menu – External Link’ in the Menu Builder, the app will handle authentication automatically, ensuring users are logged in without needing to re-enter their credentials. With the SIERA dashboard as your landing page, you don’t need to navigate through widgets or click extra buttons. All the important metrics and insights are ready to view the moment you launch the app.
To configure this, navigate to Settings>Set Home Screen on your mobile App. You will be able to select the Default option or the name of the configured ‘Custom Menu – External Link’ which links to the SIERA Dashboard or Report. If multiple SIERA dashboards are configured, they will be listed, and the first one will be set as the default homepage.
Mavis Smart Views Filters
We have introduced new filtering options in Mavis Smart Views to ensure that managing and analyzing your data on mobile is faster and hassle-free. These new filters help you effortlessly narrow down data, saving you time and boosting productivity. Navigate to Apps>Mavis on the web app, select a table and under Table Definition, you can set the filters. Use the “Is Queryable” parameter to configure column filters, ensuring that only relevant fields are displayed. Non-queryable fields, such as Text, Coordinate, and JSON, are excluded to enhance performance.
Filter table columns effortlessly based on data type, with tailored experiences for each category:
- Dropdown Fields: Easily pick from predefined values with a dedicated search bar to zero in on exactly what you need.
- Date & Date-Time Fields: Simplified date range filtering under the ‘Date-Range’ category, now with intuitive time range options.
- Comma-Separated Fields: Quickly filter with predefined options – “Exists” or “Not Exists.”
- Boolean Fields: Seamlessly toggle between “True” and “False” values.
- Image Fields: Identify fields with predefined options – “Exists” or “Not Exists.”
- User Fields: Find users effortlessly with a searchable list of names and email id.
Admin-Defined Sorting for Smart Views in Mobile App
Admins can now define default sorting criterion for Smart Views at the time of creation, which will now automatically reflect in the mobile app. The sorting preferences set by Admins for system and custom fields will now be consistent across both web and mobile platforms. For Lead smart views, if a user selects a sort option on mobile, that choice will be retained until the user logs out of the app or manually syncs the data, ensuring a personalized experience. Also, if the Admin updates the sorting criteria, the mobile app will reflect these changes upon the next sync. If no sorting criteria is defined by the Admin or if the sorting data is not provided in the API, the mobile app will revert to the existing default sorting for each Smart View:
- Activity smart view – CreatedOn
- Task smart view – DueDate
- Lead smart view – ModifiedOn
- Opportunity smart view – ModifiedOn
- Accounts smart view – ModifiedOn
If a user manually changes the sorting criteria from Smart Views on the web app, the sorting option will be reflected in the mobile app for that specific user. For the rest, Admin sorting will remain applied.
User Phone Number Collection
If you have missing phone numbers in any of the following fields—Agent Phone Number, Phone (Main), Phone (Mobile), and Phone (Others)— you will be prompted to enter your phone number to complete your profile. This prompt appears on launching the app and on the Settings screen on the mobile app. On the Settings screen, a button labelled Add Phone Number will allow you to enter your phone number. The country code set in the company’s profile will be selected by default.
