Assignment quotas let you set limits on the number of leads assigned to each sales reps. While it is important to maximize follow-ups, it shouldn’t come at the cost of quality. Assignment Quotas ensure your agents aren’t assigned more leads than they can handle. You can set quotas at the user role level (such as Sales User, etc.), or individual user level.
