[13-Nov-17] Telephony Enhancements

We’ve enhanced some telephony features to give you a better experience.

  • Now incoming calls from numbers that match a lead’s secondary phone number will get tracked but won’t create a duplicate lead anymore.
  • LeadSquared customers on-boarded post this release will have ‘Email’, ‘Phone’ and ‘Mobile’ as unique lead fields by default.
  • If the phone number lead field is masked through permission templates, telephony connectors won’t update the phone number in the FirstName lead field.
