What’s New?

This is an AI machine learning–driven feature that predicts the likelihood of a lead or Opportunity converting into a customer. It analyzes past sales data, user activity, and engagement signals to generate real-time propensity scores and classify leads into High, Medium, and Low segments, helping sales teams focus on the right leads at the right time.

Support for ‘Disable Submission & Show Error’ on Form ‘Label’ fields

Previously, users had to create dummy fields to display error messages on Dynamic Forms. Now, Label fields can be used for error display, conserving field quotas and simplifying form setup.

What’s New?

Label fields can now be correctly used as error targets for the “Disable Submission & Show Error” rule. The configured error message will display on the Label field, and form submission will be blocked until the validation condition is resolved.

  • Fixed an issue where creating a Dynamic List or Refreshable List was sent to Workflow Automation when the list count exceeded 100,000 records.
  • Fixed an issue where the Created-On filter did not work on the Manage Leads page when Advanced Search was applied.
  • Fixed an issue in Opportunity Capture where updating empty Custom Field Set (CFS) fields failed, even when UpdateEmptyFields was set to true, if one of the CFS subfields already contained a value.
  • Fixed an issue where the Bulk Export and Delete Record grids did not load correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where Email Sent and Email Opened activities were not appearing correctly when the Data Source was set to 3.
