Automations Now Associated with Email Templates in Email Library
Email templates created via the Email Library can be used in Automations. Often, you will be making minor edits to these email templates such as updating the date of a webinar or changing names of speakers. Currently, updates made to an email template do not automatically synchronize with the associated automations. To address this issue, the Manage Associated Automations feature on the LeadSqaured Web App allows users to easily locate the specific automation and email card linked to a particular template. Users are then directed to the automation to manually make required edits to the template. This feature ensures that your automations reflect the most recent information, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors. New Mail-Merge Parameter on Universal Telephony Connector
A new mail-merge parameter called “@entityId” is now available in UTC Click2Call configuration. This parameter is dynamic and gets resolved based on the calling context –
- It resolves to lead ID when called from a lead context (for example, manage leads page or lead details page).
- It resolves to opportunity ID when called from an opportunity context (for example, manage opportunities page or opportunity details page).
- It resolves to Ticket ID when called from the Service CRM context.
New Special Field in Forms – Buttons
You can now add Button fields to your Dynamic Forms. These fields can be configured to validate PAN/Aadhar cards, apply coupon codes, make payments, etc.

- Fixed an issue where the Lead Share automation was stuck with the status “Request Processing”.
- Fixed an issue where the Delete Lead by ID V2 API is returning “Success” as response even if an invalid lead ID is passed in API.
- Fixed an issue with the user management where the administrators were not able to associate a hybrid user created for service cloud to any of the available teams.
- Fixed an issue displaying the users in the grid of manage users page if a custom dropdown type user field is created and is added to column customization on the grid and if any of the users have null value for that field.
- Fixed the bug which blocked the sending of email campaign when invalid mail merge field was present in email campaign. In such scenarios, “Error” status will be shown for such emails in the platform UI and email credits will not be deducted.
Forms, Processes and Automation
- Fixed the issue of entities not loading in the grid when redirected from the Automation Report page when the time range includes the data that is not synced in S3.
- Fixed the issue of newly onboarded tenants not processing the automation queue messages.
- Fixed the issue of newly created tenants not processing the automation queue messages.
- Fixed the issue of the ‘Is’ and ‘Is Not’ filters not working for phone number fields with the ‘AND’ condition in the Automation If/Else card.
- In a Form Rule, when the condition is written on Opportunity Field, and when the condition is satisfied when the Form is loaded, such Rule will now not trigger on load without the Form on Load condition.
