The “Autoresponders” feature of LeadSquared has been significantly updated. It has been renamed to “Drip Campaigns” to appropriately describe what the feature does. Feature updates include:
1) Improved UI and navigation to create new drip campaigns
2) Change in order of steps: with ‘Trigger/Event’ being the first step
3) Tagging Drip Campaigns to readily search and categorise them
