View Support Tickets on Opportunities
You can now view tickets tagged to opportunities directly from the Opportunity Details page. This provides full context at a glance and eliminates the need to switch between tabs. To get this feature enabled and configured on your account at no additional cost, contact your account manager, or write to scsupport@leadsquared.com.

Attachment Details Field for Tickets
A new system field, Attachment Details for ticket attachments, is now available and enables better visibility and filtering of files associated with tickets. To know more, refer to Ticket Fields and Form Configuration for Admins.
“Created By” Field in Ticket Listing
On the Ticket Views page, you can now add the Created By column. This helps users quickly identify who raised each ticket.

Expanded Attachment Support in Rich Text Editor
The rich text editor on the Ticket Details page now supports .msg file attachments along with new ticket attachment fields. This makes it easier to share and manage email-based files within tickets.
