The new Global Search bar lets support teams quickly find tickets, leads, or opportunities directly from the top navigation.

- Switch between entity types using the Leads/Tickets/Opportunities selector dropdown.

4. App Tabs – Open Multiple Tickets in One Window
Open multiple tickets as tabs within the CRM instead of separate browser tabs.
