NextGen is now live for LeadSquared Service CRM, bringing major upgrades in speed, navigation, and ticket-handling workflows.

With the new LSQ1 Design System and performance improvements across the product, Service CRM users will experience faster load times, clearer navigation, and more efficient ticket management.

The simplified top navigation bar has clearly grouped menus, making it faster to access key modules.

3. Global Search – Find Tickets in Seconds

The new Global Search bar lets support teams quickly find tickets, leads, or opportunities directly from the top navigation.

With Global Search, you can:

  • Preview results instantly without opening full pages
  • Switch between entity types using the Leads/Tickets/Opportunities selector dropdown.

4. App Tabs – Open Multiple Tickets in One Window

Open multiple tickets as tabs within the CRM instead of separate browser tabs.
