The Lead Flagging feature will no longer be available in LeadSquared (with effect from 15th July 2019) –
We made this change in favour of a better solution to meet the same use cases – Automation.
Now, instead of flagging a new lead who has not been contacted yet, you can set up an automation and take immediate action. Here’s an example –
In the sample automation, we wait 3 days when a new lead is created. Next, we check to see if the lead stage has changed or is still at ‘Prospect’. If it’s still at ‘Prospect’, we notify the lead owner to contact the lead immediately.
