We have news to share – we’ve decided it’s time to close down the Lead Activity Stream feature –
Note: This change will be effective from 15th July 2019.
On the Manage Activities page, you can set filters for any activity type (inbound phone call, outbound phone call, etc.), the activity status (answered, missed, etc.), the activity owner and also the date range. What’s more, you can use advanced search to set multiple filters and find exactly what you’re looking for.
Smart Views is a newer alternative that lets you create a custom tab to manage your activities, side by side with your leads and tasks. While setting up the tab, you can set filters and conditions to view the activities you want. As an admin, you can also set up these tabs yourself and distribute them to your users (see Smart Views for Admins).
