Auto-Approval Feature for Pending Plans in Journeys

The new Auto-Approval feature in Journeys streamlines your workflow and eliminates unnecessary delays in plan execution. If the admin enables this feature in the Journeys settings on the Web App, pending plans will be automatically approved on their planned start date, allowing sales users to execute their plans without waiting for manual approval from managers.

Plans that have been auto-approved will be clearly marked with an “Auto-Approved” status, making them easily identifiable both on the Manage Plans page and in the My Plans and My Approvals sections of the app. Admins and sales managers can still edit auto-approved plans, and the status will update to reflect the changes, ensuring that any adjustments are recorded with a clear Approved status and time stamp.

Seamless Tenant Switching with the New Organization Switch Feature

The new Organization Switch feature on the mobile app eliminates the need for logging out and back in every time you need to switch between parent and child organizations (multiple LeadSquared accounts). For instance, if you are a sales user handling k9 and JEE in two organizations, you can switch with a single action. By tapping the dropdown on top of the screen on the side menu, you can switch between different organizations, and settings and app data automatically sync, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Admins can map users between parent and child organizations, ensuring the correct access is granted across all organizations. Only mapped users will see the Organization Switch dropdown in the mobile app. You’ll receive notifications only from the tenant you’re currently logged into. If you check in while working in one organization and switch to another, your check-in status will be retained when you return.

Note: To access this on your mobile app, Organization Switch must be enabled and configured in your LeadSquared web app. If you haven’t enabled it yet, please contact support@leadsquared.com. If it’s already enabled on the web app, you can access it seamlessly.

 

User Phone Number Collection

If you have missing phone numbers in any of the following fields—Agent Phone Number, Phone (Main), Phone (Mobile), and Phone (Others)— you will be prompted to enter your phone number to complete your profile. This prompt appears on launching the app and on the Settings screen on the mobile app. On the Settings screen, a button labelled Add Phone Number will allow you to enter your phone number. The country code set in the company’s profile will be selected by default.

Object Types Support In Journeys

Effortless Lead-Based Planning with Object Type Support

You can now create lead-based plans with structured object types (lead types), viewing only the relevant objects. Easily add objects to planned dates, with filter options based on the selected object type. One you’ve selected the object type from the top panels, rom the dropdown on top of the screen, you can you can filter your objects by the Smart Views associated with the particular object type or view All Objects. Once the leads are added, tap on the day’s card to get a quick view of all the objects planned for the day and the total number of objects you’ve planned in the summary section before hitting “Submit”.

Editing Lead-Based Plans with Object Type Support

While editing lead-based plans from My Plans or My Approvals, all planned tasks are grouped by the object type helping you balance your workloads and optimize your schedule. You can tap on a day’s card to view a consolidated summary of all planned objects, organized by Object Type, for a clearer and more structured plan overview. Add objects to planned dates with filter options based on the selected object type, ensuring a targeted approach. While adding objects to the plan, you can filter the objects by the Smart Views associated with the particular object type or view All Objects.

Managers can now preview, approve, reject, and edit lead-based plans more efficiently with Object Type Support in My Approvals. This update ensures that managers have better visibility and control over their team’s plans, making approvals more streamlined. Managers can now review submitted plans with a clear breakdown of activities by Object Type. By tapping a day’s card, managers can view the list of planned objects grouped by the object type. Edits in the lead-based plans can be made directly from My Approvals.

Enhancements

Smarter Draft Management for a Seamless Experience

The Save as Draft feature has been improved to give users more control while ensuring optimal app performance.

  • New Admin Setting: Organizations can now enable or disable the “Save as Draft” feature based on their needs from the Mobile App Additional Settings. This ensures a streamlined experience for sales users, preventing confusion about draft usage.

  • Draft Limit for Better Efficiency: To maintain performance and keep things organized, users can now save up to 25 drafts at a time. If the limit is reached, they’ll be prompted to delete older drafts before saving new ones. This prevents clutter and ensures smoother workflow management.

[Dynamic Form] Enhanced Opportunity Creation and Lead Access Controls

This update provides ability to the sales users to create opportunities even on inaccessible leads. When the ‘Allow Sales User to Create Opportunity on Inaccessible Leads’ setting is enabled in Advanced Configuration settings for the Opportunity Form, users will be able to view all leads in the associated field search results, ensuring no relevant lead is missed during opportunity creation. Additionally, even when both ‘Allow Sales User to Create Opportunity on Inaccessible Leads’ and ‘Allow Sales User to Update or Overwrite Lead Fields of Inaccessible Leads’ settings are enabled, the system will allow users to search for leads but will restrict them from modifying lead fields.

SAML Login Integration (Okta & Azure) on Mobile App

SAML-based login integration for mobile apps, now supports Okta and Azure. This update simplifies and secures the login process by allowing users to authenticate using their existing corporate credentials through these trusted identity providers. With this integration, businesses can enhance security, streamline user access, and ensure seamless login experiences for mobile users, all while maintaining compliance with corporate authentication standards.

Enhanced Authentication Support for LOS Integration

We have introduced authentication support for the mobile-responsive LOS integration within the opportunity details tab. This update ensures that users can seamlessly access and interact with the LOS solution directly from the app by passing authentication keys securely through mail merge into Iframes. This feature enhances the user experience, providing smooth and secure access to critical loan details, all within the mobile app’s opportunity section.

Enhanced Auto Checkout Implementation

The Auto Check-out feature has been enhanced to ensure a more reliable and seamless experience for users, even when internet or GPS is disabled. Previously, users may have encountered issues with the check-out process when their location or internet was unavailable. With this update, if GPS or internet is off, users will now be able to complete offline check-outs and the data will sync automatically once they are back online. Additionally, the app will ensure that the check-out process reflects the previous day’s automation time when location pings are unavailable.

A new UI update includes a loader to block user interaction while the system processes the checkout, ensuring smooth synchronization. This update improves accuracy, reliability, and the overall user experience for sales teams working in varying conditions.
