Capture Text from Images
You can now capture (scan) information from important documents (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN card, etc.), and store it as text data in your LeadSquared account. This will reduce human errors that occur when entering important information (such as Aadhaar details, PAN details, etc.). To know more, refer to Use Mobile App to Capture Text from Images.
Form Preview and Download
When your users fill forms through the LeadSquared mobile app, they can now preview the form and download a PDF version of it for offline applications, registrations, agreements, etc. Once the form is downloaded, your users can share it with your leads (for approvals, verifications, etc.). To know more, refer to Preview and Download Forms.
Note:
- You must Use Custom Template when you create a preview and download form.
- Only the following settings are configurable when creating the form –
- Preview Layout
- Show Images in Preview
- Allow Download
- Save
- Hide by Default
Lead Lists and Smart Views
For Lead Lists and Lead Smart Views, we’ve released an additional setting that allows you to search for leads using partial keywords. For example, if you search for “Mar”, leads with the names “Marcus”, “Mark”, “Marianne”, etc., will show up in the search results. To enable this setting, refer to Mobile App Additional Settings.
