Lead/Opportunity Check-In with Location Tracking
With Lead/Opportunity-level Check-In Location Tracking, managers can now –
- Gain full visibility into their field team’s movement during customer visits.
- Monitor not just the time spent, but also the exact travel path of users during on-site meetings.
- This is especially useful for automotive industries, on-site demos, and field service, where physical movement is a key part of the engagement.
Users must perform a Check-In from the homepage or navigation menu to start location tracking. After opening a Lead or Opportunity and tapping Check-In, tracking begins and continues until the user taps Check-Out at the end of the visit. The Field Force Insights Report on the web app now displays the total distance travelled, time spent, and a visual map of the travel path, offering greater clarity into the visit activity.
The Location Tracking can be enabled by entering the relevant JSON under Check-In and Check-Out at Entity Level , in the Mobile App Additional Settings.

Journeys – Edit & Delete Templates You Created
Previously, your Journeys Templates could only be edited or deleted from the Web App. You can now edit or delete Journey templates you’ve created, directly from the mobile app. This allows sales users, managers, and admins to manage their own plans without needing to recreate new templates each time. It also helps keep the list of templates organized by removing outdated or unused ones.
Note:
- Templates that are assigned to you but created by others remain view-only and cannot be modified or removed.
- This is also applicable when object types is enabled.
Enhancements
Save as Draft – Now Exclusive to Super Plan (New Pricing Model)
The Save as Draft functionality in dynamic forms is now restricted to customers on the Super Plan under the new pricing model. Pro Plan users will no longer see this option. However, the existing drafts can still be submitted.
Note: There is no change for customers on the old pricing model. The current behavior continues.
