Duplicate Detection in Opportunities
When a duplicate opportunity is detected as per the rules set on the web application, a pop-up shows up on the app, and from the pop-up, the user can navigate to the existing opportunity. To know more, please refer to Opportunity Duplicate Detection.
User Check-In
The check-in time shown on the mobile app will be the first time (either from the web or from the mobile app) that the user has checked-in for the day.
Forms and Processes
