Object Type–Based Filtering in Forms
Form configurations involving Object Types are now smoother and more user-friendly. The Form Designer has been enhanced to ensure that only Activity and Opportunity types relevant to each Object Type are available for configuration.
What’s New?
Opportunity Type and Activity Type dropdowns in the Forms Designer are now dynamically filtered based on the selected Object Type. Only valid types associated with the Object Type are shown during form configuration and live usage.
Additional Enhancements:
- Default Opportunity and Activity forms in Renderer now follow these associations.
- In the Form Designer Settings, if changing or disabling an Object Type invalidates a selected activity/opportunity type, users receive a confirmation prompt.
- Work area-specific behaviors (such as Manage Leads or Activities) now fall back to the designer’s Object Type setting or, when unavailable, to the settings defined in Opportunity/Activity configuration.
Hybrid Admins as Billing User
Give your team greater flexibility to manage billing tasks. You can now assign the Billing User role to Sales Cloud Administrators. Previously, this role was limited to Sales Administrators.
Optimized Opportunity Import
The opportunity import process has been optimized to seamlessly detect duplicate records, even when multiple import files containing the same records are imported and processed in parallel.
Auto-Enable ‘Phone Call Popup’ for Users
Allows admin users to enable the Show Phone Call Popup setting for all users in the account. This applies to connectors based on UTC, LGTC, and V2 APIs (e.g., CTM). When an admin enables the popup in any of these connectors, it is automatically enabled for all users.
Auto-Enable ‘Soft phone’ for Sales Users
Allows admin users to enable the Is Soft phone Enabled option for all sales users in the account. This applies to connectors based on UTC, LGTC, and V2 APIs (e.g., CTM). When an admin enables the soft phone option in any of these connectors, it is automatically enabled for all sales users.
