An Administrator user of your LeadSquared system is by default also the billing user. When you create another administrator user, you can set this administrator as the Billing User.
Note: Only one administrator can be set as the Billing User at a time.
To set another administrator as the billing user:
- From your default dashboard, go to My Account -> Settings -> Users and Permissions -> Users. The Users pop-up box appears.
- Click Create to create a user as administrator. For information on how to create a user and set as administrator, refer to Manage Users.
- Once the administrator is created, under Actions, click Set Billing User against the corresponding administrator. The Set Billing User message box appears.
- Click Yes. The administrator is set as Billing User.
