How to find Schema Name of a Lead field?

Navigate to My Account -> Settings -> Customization -> Lead Fields. Â You will see schema name for each lead field as illustrated below.
We would greatly appreciate it if there was a way to update or change the Schema.
Hey, Kainoa. While you can update the schema for User fields, you cannot change the schema for Lead, Opportunity and Activity fields.
