Hide System Fields from Users via Permission Templates
While configuring permissions for sales users via Permission Templates, admins can now restrict access to system lead fields (e.g., “Created On,” “Modified On,” “Last Activity,” “Last Activity Date,” “Origin,” “Lead Score,” “Engagement Score,” “Quality Score,” and “Lead Age”). Marvin and Lapps Calls on API Usage Dashboard
The V2 API Usage Dashboard now displays Mavis and LAPP call counts in the Today widget.
Import Opportunities with Unformatted Phone Country Codes
While importing opportunities using the lead phone number as the primary key, now even if the country code of the phone number is unformatted, the import will still be successful. The system automatically detects the country code as long as the phone number meets the required minimum and maximum length. This ensures a smooth import process.
Immediate and Delayed Unpublish for Automation
When unpublishing an Automation, you now have two options to choose from: Immediate and Delayed. These options are designed to provide clarity on the impact of unpublishing, making it more intuitive for users to understand the implications of each choice.
Workday Template Time Blocks Support in Automation
Workday template time blocks are now supported in the Wait Until Workday Card. For example, if a user has two working blocks: 10 AM – 2 PM and 4 PM – 8 PM, and a lead enters an automation at 3 PM, the lead will be distributed between 4 PM – 8 PM.
New Custom Mapping Field in Universal Telephony Connector
A new custom mapping field called “EntityId” is now available in UTC Agent Popup and Call Log configuration.
UTC Usability Improvements
The following UI changes were made to the UTC connector to enhance clarity and usability:
- Virtual Numbers: Updated the description to clarify that virtual numbers are also known as DID/CLI numbers and can be tagged for easier identification.
- Agent Popup API: Added links and tooltips to help users easily access information on mail merge fields and configure their Agent Panel URL.
- Click2Call (C2C): Added links, help icons, and tooltips to guide users in configuring Click2Call URLs and understanding the relevant mail merge fields.
- Call Disposition: Added links, help icons, and tooltips to assist with setting up Call Disposition URLs and understanding response keywords and mail merge fields.
- Call Log: Removed the obsolete
"AgentName":"Test"
parameter. - SSO API: Updated to include the Opportunity details URL.
- Teams: Clarified that teams are associated with a specific instance, not a connector.

- Resolved an issue where random revoke requests were appearing in the lead share history tab for opportunities with an unknown source.
- Fixed an issue where leads were not being deleted from the system, despite the Request History page and user confirmation email indicating successful deletion.
- Fixed an issue where the “Allow Quick Search” property in a lead field was being selected for the newly created lead field even when the limit was reached.
- Resolved an issue where Service Cloud system user details were being updated via the V2 API and Service Cloud sync API.

Telephony
- Fixed the issue where IVR mapping failed when the DisplayNumber (DID) started with a “+” prefix. DIDs with a “+” prefix are now fully supported, ensuring successful mappings.
