Platform Updates – Tungsten 1

Clone Lists

Introducing a new feature that allows you to easily clone lead lists, reducing the effort required when creating lists with multiple advanced search conditions. It is especially helpful for quickly generating similar lists with only minor changes, without the need to reselect the same conditions.

Note: This feature is only available for custom lists. System lists cannot be cloned.

Create Lists During Lead Import

An option has been added to the lead import process, giving you the flexibility to decide whether or not to create a list once the import is complete. If you do not want to create a list, you can select None.

Note: This feature is only available on the Old UI.

This feature allows an automatic population of Date, DateTime, and Time fields in Dynamic Forms. You can set default values (custom or current date) or use form rules to calculate and auto-fill dates, such as setting a Renewal Date to auto-fill as one year from today.

To configure this feature on your Dynamic Form, read this article.

Benefits: Streamlines data entry, ensures accuracy and saves time with flexible auto-fill options.

Note: This feature is only supported on Marvin.

Object Types Support for Process Designer

You can now select a work area specific to an Object Type to display forms through the process designer.

A new setting called Select Object Type will be displayed once you choose At Specific Work Area as a trigger to start the process. The choice of Object Type will filter the work areas to only those under the Lead, Opportunity, Activity, Task, and Others tabs.

Note: Smart Views and Marvin work areas will only be displayed if the Default Object Type is selected.

Provider Support Email Field for Call Error Guidance

The Click 2 Call configuration in UTC has a new field: Provider Support Email. Admins can configure their telephony provider’s email address in this field. This ensures that agents receive clear guidance when encountering call failures due to either UTC configuration issues or provider-side technical problems.

Note:

  • This field is mandatory for new integrations. For accounts with existing integrations, it’s recommended that the click 2 call configuration be updated with this field.
  • At present, Marvin does not support this feature.

Enhancements to Telephony Agent Popup API

  • Added support for OpportunityId parameter in the Agent Popup API to support opportunities, in addition to the previously supported parameter OpportunityTelephonyMappingId.
  • The EntityId parameter was previously available only in the ticket flow (Service CRM) of the Agent Popup. This is now extended to the sales flow as well – both lead and opportunity entities are supported.

Enhancement to Telephony Call Log

Previously, phone call activities in the case of accounts with non-unique phone numbers were posted on the most recently modified lead. With the new enhancement, phone call activities can now be attributed specifically to the lead that was last modified through the Agent Popup form.

In the example below, Jenna and Carl have the same phone numbers. But since we’ve selected Carl, the call log will be posted on Carl.

Bug Fixes

Core Platform

  • Fixed an issue in selecting dropdown options when adding or editing an opportunity dropdown field as it was showing opportunity dropdown import in progress even after successful import.
  • Fixed an issue in displaying the complete Group Access information of the users in the Manage Permission section of the Edit User modal.
  • Fixed an issue where the Sales Owner was not assigned to Opportunities even if the opportunity import CSV contained proper information of the user.
  • Fixed an issue with the OpportunityManagement.svc/Bulk/Add/ByLeadField V2 API which was creating an opportunity with default opportunity type even if the opportunity type is not associated to a specific lead type.

Marketing

  • Fixed an issue related to emoji not being visible in the footer of emails sent via campaign.
  • Fixed an issue where the values in the unsubscribe metric on top of the email campaign report did not match with the unsubscribe count in unsubscribe table present in the bottom of email campaign report.

Forms

  • The issue where rules were not being triggered when a rule condition was applied to fields with values imported from Excel has been fixed.

Telephony

  • The cache was not automatically cleared when a Virtual Number was added, updated, or deleted in UTC, causing outdated data during Click2Call. Now, the system clears the cache automatically, ensuring accurate data is displayed immediately.
