We’ve released a new automation action – ‘Send to Sub-Automation’, and we’ve also enhanced lead distribution to work for available/checked-in users.
New ‘Send to Sub-Automation’ Action
Use this feature to:
- Keep your main automation flow brief and simple by sending additional steps to a sub-automation.
- Save a standard flow and use it across different automations.

Lead Distribution Enhancements
If you’ve enabled the check-in/check-out feature, you can now distribute leads to available/checked-in users only.
