Smart Views as Home Pages

1. Feature Overview

In LeadSquared, Dashboards are set as the default home page for all users and teams. Administrators can change this by assigning a Smart View as the home page for specific teams or individual users. Using Smart Views as the home page helps users focus only on the records that matter to them, such as relevant Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, and Tasks as soon as they log in.

2. Prerequisites

• You must be the Admin to access this feature.
• You must create the required Smart Views in advance and assign it to the relevant teams.

3. Assign Home Page to Teams

You can assign a Smart View as the home page for an entire team. All users in that team will see the selected Smart View when they log in.

1. Navigate to My Profile>Settings>Users and Permissions>Teams.
2. Hover your cursor over the Actions icon alongside the relevant team and click Configure Home Page.
3. On the Configure Home Page pop-up, from the Select Page dropdown, select Smart Views, and click Save. This will assign the smart view as the home page to that particular team.

3. Assign Home Page to Users

To assign a smart view that you’ve created as an individual user’s home page –

1. Navigate to My Profile>Settings>Users and Permissions>Users.
2. Select the users you want to assign the smart view to by clicking the checkbox against their names.
3. Hover your cursor over the Bulk Actions dropdown above the user grid, and click Configure Home Page.
4. On the Configure Home Page pop-up, from the Select Page dropdown, select Smart Views, and click Save. This will assign the smart view as the home page to those specific users.
