1. Feature Overview
This feature allows you to export LeadSquared ticket and customer (lead) data as an XLSX file.
Note: This article is to help Group Managers and Supervisors export ticket data. If you’re an admin looking to export ticket data, refer to Ticket Data Exports for Admin.
2. Prerequisites
- Service CRM is a paid feature. To enable it, contact your account manager, or write to scsupport@leadsquared.com.
- You must have Group Manager or Supervisor access to the Service CRM platform, either as a Service User or a Hybrid User.
3. Export Ticket Data
Once you log in to Service CRM (https://marvin-in21.leadsquared.com/service-cloud), to Export Your Data –
- After logging in to the Service CRM agent platform, on the left-panel, click Tickets
to navigate to the All Tickets page.
- Under the All Tickets menu, select the view (page) containing the tickets you want to export.
- Then, if required, apply filters to the tickets available on the selected Ticket Views page.
- On the left-panel, alongside the selected view, hover your cursor over
, and click Export.
- On the Export View pop-up, click Export.
- Once the export is successful, click “here” in the message prompt at the top of the page. This will take you to the My Exports page.
- After a few minutes, the XLSX export file will be ready. To download it to your device, click the XLSX button.
Note:
- All tickets on the selected page that meet the applied filter criteria are exported.
- The fields (columns) currently visible on the Ticket Views page are exported. To modify these fields, refer to Customize the Ticket List View.
- You can perform up to 20 export actions per day, provided each export contains fewer than 1,000 tickets.
- You can export equal to or more than 1,000 tickets only once every 24 hours.
- The counter resets after 24 hours from when the export action was performed.
