You can now export existing team details (Team Code, Team ID, etc.). This will enable you to directly add users to a team (by passing the Team ID) when importing users to LeadSquared. To know more, refer to Teams.

Activity Management

  • For the Activity tab on the Smart Views page, and for the Activity grid on the Manage Activities page, you can now customize the column width.

Settings

Automations

  • When using the “Wait Until” automation condition, you can now define the time within which the selected condition should be met. If the condition isn’t met within the defined time, the next action will be initiated. To know more, refer to Lead Automation Conditions – Wait.

Forms

You can now set CFS File Type form fields as Read Only fields. For e.g., for KYC Verification, once your lead uploads a file to one form field (e.g., Aadhaar), you can set up a Form Rule that’ll mark the other CFS File Type fields (PAN, Driving License) as Read Only.

Portals

During Portal login, leads can now receive the login OTP on email as well as SMS. For this feature to work, the lead’s correct phone number and email Id must be provided. To enable this feature, contact your account manager or write to support@leadsquared.com.

 

Telephony

  • You can now display the Agent Pop-up in full-screen mode to all your users by default. To enable it, contact your account manager or write to support@leadsquared.com.

  • We’ve separated out the agent panel configurations into a new section and added a number of customization options in the Universal Telephony Connector (LGTC instance). You can also configure ‘Panel Permissions’ or iFrame permissions for the agent panel like microphone, camera, geolocation, etc.

Marketing

Admin and Marketing users can now request, view, and manage SSL certificates for Landing Pages and Email Link Domains. To know more, refer to SSL Certificate for Landing Pages.

  • When creating emails using the Rich Text Editor on the Email Library and Email Campaigns pages, you can now add line spacing and background colour to your emails. To enable it contact your account manager or write to support@leadsquared.com.

LeadSquared Product Updates

  • You can now track web events for domains registered on LeadSquared, that are being loaded in iFrames in third-party applications. To enable it, contact your account manager or write to support@leadsquared.com.

 

Billing and Usage

Billing users can now see if Automation Execution Based Billing is enabled on their account, their Automation Execution Credits, and the current usage. This feature is available on request, contact your account manager to enable it on your account.
