Hi Sandeep, this could be because Device Binding is enabled on your account. When you log in for the first time after device binding is enabled, your current device will be registered for all future logins. If you try to log in from another device, you won’t be able to access the app. To regain access, use your registered device or contact your admin to register a new one. It’s possible that your access is limited to mobile use. We recommend reaching out to your administrator to confirm your access level and ensure you have the necessary permissions.

Hi. Please verify your User Type on LeadSquared with your LeadSquared Admin –

  • If your User Type is Mobile, you can only access the mobile app and not the web app.
  • If your User Type is Marvin, you can only access the Marvin app.
  • If your User Type is Regular, you can access all apps (Platform, Mobile, and Marvin).

Click Forget Password. A password reset link will be sent to your email ID. You can then try logging in again after the password reset. If you still get an error notification, please reach out to support@leadsquared.com
