Quick answers to the most common questions about LeadSquared

There could be several reasons why you’re unable to log in:

Forgot Password – Click the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the password reset instructions sent to your registered email address.

User Account Not Created – Your LeadSquared user account may not have been created yet. Contact your administrator to verify that your account has been set up and activated.

OTP Not Received – If you’re not receiving the OTP required for login, contact for assistance.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, reach out to your administrator or LeadSquared Support for further troubleshooting.

Click Contact Support in the top-right corner of the Helpsite, fill in the required details, and submit your request. Ensure you’ve mentioned your Account ID in the request.

For any queries related to account usage, billing, payments, or invoices, please contact the Billing Operations team at billong.ops@leadsquared.com. They will assist you with the required information and invoice-related requests.

To configure apps in LeadSquared, an API Access Key must be generated for your account. If an API Access Key is not available, app configuration options may not work as expected.

To generate an API Access Key, navigate to Settings>API & Webhooks>API Access Keys.

Lead visibility in LeadSquared is controlled by your user role permissions and data access settings. Depending on the access granted to your role, you may only be able to view leads that you own or leads owned by users within your reporting hierarchy. If you cannot see leads owned by other users, your current role may not have the required permissions to access them.

Contact your LeadSquared administrator to review your role’s lead access settings and determine whether additional visibility can be granted based on your organization’s requirements.

You may not have the required permissions to create leads manually. Lead creation permissions are controlled through the Permission Template assigned to your user account. If your administrator has restricted the Create Lead permission, you won’t be able to create leads manually. Contact your LeadSquared administrator to review and update your permissions if needed.

Lead and Opportunity Details Views can be configured and assigned to specific teams. If your view differs from another user’s, it is likely because different detail view configurations have been assigned to your respective teams. Contact your administrator to verify the view assigned to your team and make any required changes.

The Lead/Opportunity Details Views can be assigned to particular teams from the Settings>Leads>Lead Details View or Settings>Opportunities>Opportunity Details View respectively.

Smart Views can be assigned to specific teams in LeadSquared. As a result, users may see different Smart View tabs based on the team they belong to and the Smart Views that have been shared with their team. If a Smart View is not visible to you, contact your administrator to verify whether it has been assigned to your team.

Changes to forms or processes may not appear immediately in your current session. Log out of LeadSquared and log back in to refresh the application and load the latest configurations. If the changes still do not reflect after re-login, contact your administrator to verify that the updates were saved and published successfully.

The visibility of the Add Lead and Quick Add Lead buttons is controlled through the Configure Actions Panel in Manage Leads/Activities/Opportunities/Smart Views Page setting under Advanced Configuration. If these buttons are hidden, your administrator may have disabled them for the respective page.

An administrator can review and update this setting to enable the required action buttons: Advanced Configuration>Configure Actions Panel in Manage Leads/Activities/Opportunities/Smart Views Page

This setting controls whether action panel buttons are displayed on the Manage Leads, Activities, Opportunities, and Smart Views pages. Contact your administrator if you need access to these options.
