Holiday Calendar

1. Feature Overview

Create a Holiday Calendar by adding the holidays defined in your organization’s policies for the year, such as Christmas, Independence Day, and so on. You can create and apply multiple holiday calendars to different teams across various regions. Once configured, integrate this calendar with your Service CRM Business Hours. This ensures that our system is aware of your agent’s working hours and tracks ticket progress accordingly.

 

2. Prerequisites

  • Service CRM is a paid feature. To enable it, contact your account manager, or write to scsupport@leadsquared.com.
  • You must be a Service CRM Admin to configure the Holiday Calendar in your account.

 

3. Configure the Holiday Calendar

Once you log in to LeadSquared (https://login.leadsquared.com/), to define your holiday calendar –

  1. Navigate to My Profile>Settings>Service Cloud.
  2. On the Service Cloud Settings page, under Workflows, click Holiday Calendar, and then click Create Holiday Calendar.
  3. On the Create Holiday Calendar page, enter the following details –
    • Name – A display name for the calendar.
    • Description – A description for the calendar. This is optional.
    • Add Holidays
      • To manually add the holidays, click the Add Holiday button, and add the Name and Date of the holiday. You can add multiple holidays using the Add Holiday button.
      • To upload a CSV file containing the list of holidays followed in your organization, click Upload CSV. You also download the Sample CSV File, add the list of holidays, and upload it back to LeadSquared.
  4. Once you’re done, click Save.

4. Other Actions

On the Holiday Calendar page, under Actions, alongside a published calendar, click LeadSquared Service CRM to perform the following actions –

  • Edit – Let’s you update the list of holidays and other details on an existing calendar.
  • Delete – Deletes* an existing calendar.
  • Clone – Duplicates an existing calendar.

Note:

  • *You will NOT be able to delete a Holiday Calendar if it is associated with Business Hours.
  • Under Associated Business Hours, you can see the Business Hours with which the calendar is integrated.
