1. Feature Overview
The Personal Settings in your LeadSquared account allow each user to add personal information, manage report subscriptions, change passwords, create email signatures, and more.
The information entered here (like city, time zone, manager, etc.) can be accessed by Administrators while assigning leads to Sales Users (through lead distribution automation, etc.), applying permissions to different sets of users, creating sales groups, etc.
Admins can add information for all users and also access organization/company-level settings –

You must have a LeadSquared account.
3. My Profile
Manage your personal, work, and location details on your LeadSquared account. You can also change your profile picture.
- The selected time zone and date format will be reflected throughout the application.
- The date format and time zone are tied to users. Each user may have a different date format or timezone.
4. My Password
To change your password, navigate to Settings>Profile>My Password. To know the requirements that have to be met when setting up a password, refer to Set Password Policy For Users.
5. My Email Signature
To add or edit your HTML and text email signatures, navigate to Settings>Profile>My Signature. With this feature, you can customize your email signature on emails sent to your leads.
6. My Report Subscriptions
Subscribe/unsubscribe from daily, weekly and monthly reports delivered via emails. To do so, navigate to Settings>Profile>My Report Subscriptions. In addition to these reports, you can also subscribe to Smart Views as reports.
7. My Leaves
To add, edit and view your leaves, navigate to Settings>Profile>My Leaves. To know more, see Leave Tracker.

Hi, Jaydeep. On the My Profile page, click the Edit button to update the Mobile Number.
For Report Subscriptions, how do I choose which Smart Views I can have emailed?
Under Report Subscriptions, alongside Smart Views Summary, click Select Views. You can find more details here – Smart Views Report Subscriptions.
